Welcome to our family-friendly cabins, designed to offer a warm and inviting ambiance after a day of outdoor activities just south of Deadwood. All 3 of our cabins border Black Hills National Forest. We are located right off Highway 385 which is the main artery that connects Deadwood, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park. Which includes Lead, Sturgis, Rochford, Nemo, Spearfish Canyon, Hill City, Crazy Horse, Custer and Keystone.
It is ideal for easy day trips. Custer Crossing Restaurant is close as they offer gas, a small store, and a family-friendly dining option during the summer months.
ATV trail #256/Custer Crossing Road, and access to Custer Peak Trail #216 by Mystic Hills is just a hope skip and a jump away. Ample parking is available for all vehicle sizes, including trucks and trailers.
The surrounding area offers hiking, biking, and 3 lakes: Roubaix, Pactola, and Sheridan. Additionally, there are two golf courses—Tomahawk and Lead Country Club.
We can accommodate larger groups as we have 3 private homes each with 4 private bedrooms. All 3 are a stone's throw from one another. There are no noise restrictions here, we get it, you're with family and friends, staying up and enjoying each other and making memories is what it's all about.
Furnishings: Well-appointed furnishings, which include super comfy beds, couches and chairs that recline. Enough seating for all inside and out. Fully stocked and furnished, all you need to bring is food, beverages, and your sense of adventure. Designer touches curated by your hosts, many of which came from around the area or our ranch. A gas fire pit to cozy up to in the evening when the mountain air cools off. Additional refrigerators if you have large groups.
The Shop of Fun: Indoor/outdoor seating, covered and or uncovered decks, which will have various entertainment options. Corn Hole, PAC-Man, vintage foosball table, tons of board games, giant Connect 4, ax throwing, binoculars and scopes for wildlife observation that are often out at dusk and dawn. View decks or chairs for those impressive event weekends that include Sturgis Rally, ATV/UTV rallies, Classis Car Shows, Days of 76 just to name a few. Sit back and enjoy the show from your favorite chair.
Wildlife: Yes, we often see elk, deer, and turkey. Star gazing opportunities are exceptional, and you may just hear some coyotes in the background.
Your morning sunrise and evening sunsets can be gorgeous to start or top of your day!
